Criminal's Mind ( can you solve this ? )

So, I was asked by a friend of mine who got an email sent to him not long ago, an interesting question indeed ! It's stated that , those, who are able to give the right answer to the question ( solving the case ), are people with the potential to be .. "Killers". ( creepy .. huh )
Alright, enough about those craps ( Btw, I gave the right answer, when i was asked .. haha shiiit ) let's get to the question ! ;)

A girl's mom died ..
In the funeral, the girl met a guy ..
she fell in love , and the feeling got deeper and deeper each passing days ..
Not long after that, the guy went missing .. and no one knew where he was
Then, The girl's sister was found dead the following week !
...
Who killed the girl's sister ? and Why ?
